Christmas Placemats

This is one of the placemats that I made for my sister for a Christmas gift. The previous set of placemats seriously needed relacing. The design is called Serenity Placemats from Designs to Share with You by Ursula Riegel. I am looking forward to meeting the designer when I take a class with her at the CQA Conference in London Ontario this coming May. Joanne

Rainbow Scrap Challenge

As the beginning of 2011 rolls closer many experienced bloggers are throwing out challenges to tempt us for 2011. Judy L has two or three. I am going to attempt Becky's 50 Quilts from Stash Challenge and Soscrappy's Rainbow Scrap Challenge. I believe the stash is healthy enough to take on both of these challenges. Time will tell. Jo
